Hello, I am Dr. Meenakshi, founder of Georics. The passion to explore our culture, craft and heritage motivated me to quit my job as a professor to celebrate our rich legacy with the intent to preserve our nature, while bringing you creations that form a soul connection with you.

There is nothing that makes me happier and I beam with pride when I tell people that Georics is a totally in-house production based sustainable brand which is committed to use only natural and authentic handloom fabrics with all natural crafts, recites its poetry in the form of fabrics and garments to celebrate womanhood.

I have a cluster of women that I have taken under my wing, together we rise and every day tells a new story of empowering each other. We inspire each other while shining together.

We are 100% natural in our approach towards fashion and lifestyle. We focus on developing ourselves as a sustainable and eco-fashion brand. We work on creating handwoven and natural textile, while promoting #makeinindia to bring forward our very own nation and its artisans.

Our every step for creating fashion ensures restoration of our motherland’s glory, while competing with high end fashion. We believe in taking from the nature and nurturing the nature in return. It is a movement to show the world, how sustainability and recycling can make the world a better place to live in.
